Dheia China
🌏 Live, through my eyes, this new chapter of my life!
Adventures
Before my exchange in México,
I was told to say “yes” to any activity to enjoy the experience to the fullest. Let us say “yes” to anything China has to offer!
Culture
Art, tradition, sports… Culture has so many faces and I intend to uncover as many as possible.
I am ready to discover with fascination this whole new world.

Why/How to read a trilingual blog?
Trilingual means accessibility to all my loved ones, but also practice for me! I will operate on a rolling basis to draft my blogs by alternating languages, then translating them (I avoid AI).
For instance, one would be drafted in Spanish, then translated in French and English. Thus, each week posts will be designated as either the original and one of the two translations.
To move to the original or a language you are learning, you can click on the option at the bottom of the page or visit the other blogs through the top bar.
What does Dheia mean?
I am a bit of a linguistics enthusiast. Dheia is a personal adaptation of an Indo-European word that would mean to show, to notice or a wonder.
It is relevant since this blog is my first such project, where I will be sharing insights on my personal life with pictures and reflecting my introspections facing this new challenge.
Additionnally, I will see in China my 3rd Wonder of the modern world (after Chichén Itzá in México and the Colosseum in Italy).
